Executive Vice President

As executive vice president, Beau specializes in shopping center development, management, acquisition redevelopment and anchor leasing. He comes to Retail Specialists with three decades of retail leasing and development experience.

Beau worked for 25 years at Aronov Realty, the largest privately-owned real estate firm in the Southeast, where he served as vice president of retail development and was responsible for site location, anchor tenant procurement, and project conception. Prior to his tenure at Aronov, Beau was a top producer for New Development Leasing at CBL & Associates in Chattanooga, TN.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in the development and leasing of more than 8 million square feet of retail space and over 50 million in shopping center transactions.

Beau was recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal for Deal of the Year for the Dick’s/Golf Galaxy transaction at Lee Branch. He is a 30-year member of the ICSC, and a member of the first class to receive the CLS designation.
