Executive Vice President of Leasing and Brokerage

As Executive Vice President of Leasing and Brokerage, David leads the brokerage teams at Retail Specialists. David’s mission is to serve his clients by delivering a first in class brokerage and leasing experience. His goal is his clients success, whether it be in maximizing a landlord’s cashflow or finding the perfect location for his tenants. With over 20+ years’ in retail real estate he has the knowledge and experience to handle any situation.

Prior to joining Retail Specialists, David was a Senior Vice President and Landlord Representative at The Shopping Center Group in Birmingham. He previously worked at Southpace Properties for nearly two decades as the Director of Retail where he was named “Top 5 Producer” 13 out of 16 years with the company. David has held the CCIM designation for 20 years and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

David is the recipient of the BBJ top 40 under 40 and received a “Deal of the Year” award in 2018 for his representation of Milo’s Tea Company. He is an active member of the Monday Morning Quarterback Club, benefiting Children’s Hospital. He was part of the MS leadership class of 2013 and was a board member for Children’s Hospital Committee for the Future in 2010. David has been awarded CoStar power broker multiple time and was awarded the Vulcan Award in 2013 from the Commercial Club of Excellence.
