Katie joins us as Junior Associate with internship experience in leasing, tenant and landlord representation, and property marketing. She has worked on market studies across the Southeast, created merchandising plans, managed listing platforms, written lease summaries, and strengthened her skills in research, analytics, and outreach. Her background also includes experience with social media content, CRM management, and supporting appraisal work.
Katie holds active real estate licenses in Alabama and Georgia and is a member of CREW Network, where she was selected as a 2024 Foundation Scholarship recipient. She looks forward to supporting our team, growing her brokerage skills, and contributing to client projects across our markets.
She graduated from Samford University with a B.S. in Business Administration, where she concentrated in Real Estate and Professional Sales. During her time at Samford, she stayed active in the Brock School of Business, earned multiple academic and industry awards, and served as the student speaker for the opening of the university’s Real Estate Lab.
