Sid is an associate broker for Retail Specialists, joining the company in 2020. He has six years of experience in retail real estate with a specialization in national tenant representation, project leasing, retail development, and investment sales. During his tenure with Retail Specialists, Sid has been involved in selling and leasing shopping centers, stand-alone QSRs, and strip center developments. Over the course of his career, Sid has represented national retail tenants including Dunkin Donuts, Harbor Freight Tools, Hollywood Feed, Circle K, and numerous others. Sid holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Alabama and was an active member of the Culverhouse Real Estate Club. He is currently pursuing his CCIM certification and is an active member of ICSC, sitting on the ICSC Gulf South NextGen Committee. Sid’s involvement in the Birmingham community includes serving as president and vice president of The Bridgeways Junior Board and a holding a position on the sponsorship committee of the Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce Junior Board.
